I think the quality of work was good. My only complaint was with the amount of time it seemed that things were allowed to sit at both ends of the process - it added 2-3 weeks to what was already a long process.

The customer service was fantastic! Glenn is an extremely helpful mechanic who is more then willing to explain car part functions and repairs, cost and benefits. And he's just a fun person to talk to:)
